When pre-orders are open, you can place your order, which essentially reserves the item for you. You’ll be given a small timeframe during which you can expect your order to arrive. Occasionally, and on certain items, we include complimentary gifts as a thank-you for pre-ordering.

For UK orders, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days once your order is dispatched. For European orders, delivery takes 5–14 business days. Please note that this applies to regular orders and may differ for pre-orders, as pre-order delivery is based on the timeframe provided during the ordering process.
